About the Psychotherapist in Orange County, CA “The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases.”

– Carl Jung, Swiss psychologist (1875-1961)

Being born and raised in a family involved in the helping professions it was a natural fit for me to become a therapist. I moved to California over fifteen years ago to pursue my career in psychology.

I initially got my BS at California State University, Northridge and then followed that up with my MA from the California Graduate Institute in Irvine. It was there that I studied Family SystemsTheory, Jungian psychology and also a spiritual approach to psychotherapy that proved to be very interesting while working on my MA.

I specialized in depression, and anxiety and relationship therapy. I have been treating people who want improve the quality of their lives for many years now. I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I treat couples, families, children & adolescents and I have a special interest in the importance of individuation in the formation of a healthy family unit.
